Quantity is self explanatory, however quality has to do with the page rank of the site pointing back to you. The higher the page rank, the more “juice” your link has. As I mentioned earlier, posting url to profile (with links in your profile back to your Fiverr account) is another great way to build backlinks. On these sites i have succeeded in adding my account in my profile.
I just have a feeling it will help my account get to the first page of google which is a great way for buyers to find you. I have not used all of them but i am slowly building links to them daily. I get sales daily and i am sure they results of the links i build. You don't have to be active, just build your profile and leave a footprint.
