Quantity is self explanatory, however quality has to do with the page rank of the site pointing back to you. The higher the page rank, the more “juice” your link has.
As I mentioned earlier, posting url to profile (with links in your profile back to your Fiverr account) is another great way to build backlinks. On these sites i have succeeded in adding my account in my profile.
